"River Spirit" Commission
Capturing the essence of community in Round Valley, and our relationship with the wild & scenic Eel River, “River Spirit” is an 80’ long mural commissioned by the Friends of the Round Valley Public Library. “River Spirit” is located at 23925 Howard St, Covelo, CA 95428 on the side of the Round Valley Library Commons building.
